Why are some items also quoted in USD?
Prices in other currencies are only approximation. Actual cost may vary depending on the exchange rate at the time and any conversion or transfer fees to Singapore Dollars
Do you have a store front? 
No, we solely operate online and do not have a brick-and-mortar showroom
How do you authenticate?

How does your refund policy work?
We do not offer refunds on any item unless the item is deemed non-authentic. All sales are final
Do you do local viewings or meet-ups? 
Local viewing is only for special circumstances and is not always guaranteed. We will send you as many pictures as you need to make sure you are certain about the item and if you still need to view it in person, please contact us further
If I leave a deposit, can I back out? 
Yes, however you will lose your initial deposit. Deposits are non-refundable because once you leave a deposit committing to the purchase, we pay our consignors immediately for their item. Therefore, we would be stuck with the item not knowing when it will sell again

What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept bank transfer only
How long can I expect to receive my item after I have paid for it? 
It all depends on where you live. Local delivery can be arranged by the next business day and International shipping is usually between 3-10 business day. If you need an item before a certain date please do not hesitate to contact us
